What you receive
- Comparison of potential routes and key entry conditions.
- Information-gap checklist, including items needing specialist review.
- Next-step plan with preparation priorities and cost categories.
Deliverables follow the scope agreed for your project.
Who it is for
For operators exploring a licensing route, suppliers assessing licensing or other market-entry requirements, and existing businesses evaluating an additional market.
Agreed deliverables
Depending on the agreed scope, deliverables include a business and market brief, a comparison of potential routes, key conditions and information gaps, cost categories and recommended next steps. Questions requiring local specialist judgement are identified separately.
What you need to provide
Your role and products, intended customer locations, existing entities and licences, platform readiness, and broad timing and budget expectations. Identity documents and bank records are not needed for the first discussion.
Scope and fees
Entry is a scoped preliminary assessment, not an approval, a comprehensive legal or tax opinion, or an application engagement. Any specialist opinion requires a separately confirmed qualified provider and scope. Fees depend on the markets and work involved. Launch is agreed separately; any credit of the assessment fee must be stated in the proposal.
