Who it is for
For licensed businesses and operators or suppliers preparing their post-approval arrangements. Ongoing support can be discussed even if RegLane did not handle the initial application.
Agreed deliverables
The scope may include compliance calendars, information and evidence registers, applicable reporting and renewal coordination, corporate maintenance, policy updates, change tracking, and coordination of local accounting and tax work. Frequency, responsibilities and completion criteria are agreed in the contract.
Keeping work traceable
Each task records its basis, owner, inputs, target date and completion evidence. Progress reporting identifies open items and client decisions. Where specialist advice is needed, the provider and cost arrangements are made explicit.
Fees and responsibilities
Annual service fees cover agreed work during the service period and are separate from official renewal charges. Legal, tax, audit and statutory roles require appropriate qualification and appointment; they are not automatically assumed by RegLane.
The licence holder remains responsible for its applicable regulatory obligations and business decisions. Material changes or additional projects require scope and fee agreement. Records and open items are handed over under the agreed exit arrangements.
