RegLane Launch

Gambling licence application support

RegLane Launch brings application preparation, documentation and specialist coordination into a clear project plan, with visibility of progress, dependencies and open decisions.

What you receive

  • Document checklist with version and responsibility tracking.
  • Project plan and milestone tracker, including submissions and queries.
  • Open-decision and post-approval action lists.

Deliverables follow the scope agreed for your project.

Who it is for

For businesses preparing an application or organising an existing project. We confirm the licensing route and delivery conditions before agreeing the execution scope.

Agreed deliverables

Depending on the agreed scope, deliverables include a work plan and responsibility list, document and version management, specialist coordination, submission and query records, and a post-approval action list. Formal submissions and professional sign-off are performed by authorised parties as required locally; project coordination does not replace the applicant or licence holder's responsibilities.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete information, arrange decisions and signatures, meet applicable funding, staffing, technical and operational requirements, and respond to information requests. Responsibilities are allocated in the engagement agreement.

Fees and boundaries

Project fees may follow agreed milestones, with official, specialist and technical costs shown separately. Licence approval does not itself complete banking, payment access or launch; those conditions are assessed separately.

Timing depends on documentation, review and external readiness. Delivery milestones are separate from regulatory processing. Approval, a fixed approval date, banking, payment access or commercial results are not guaranteed.
