What you receive
- Gap assessment between existing arrangements and new requirements.
- Document review list: potentially reusable, to update or to prepare.
- Phased implementation plan with budgets and responsibilities.
Deliverables follow the scope agreed for your project.
Who it is for
For operators with an existing business or licence that plan to enter another market, and games, platform or technology suppliers supporting new customer markets.
Agreed deliverables
Depending on the agreed scope, deliverables may include a gap analysis, a list of potentially reusable documents, items requiring updates or new preparation, phased budget estimates and sequencing, and allocation of responsibilities between existing and new projects. Document acceptance and costs remain subject to the applicable requirements and current quotations. Execution of new applications or changes can be scoped separately.
Where the assessment starts
Describe your existing entities, permissions and activities, the additional markets and customer locations, and the proposed changes. A licence in one jurisdiction is not treated as automatic permission to operate elsewhere.
Fees and boundaries
Fees depend on the markets, entities, products and depth of implementation. Reuse of documents, certifications or arrangements is assessed individually; there is no promised universal timeline or global licensing solution.
Qualified providers and engagement arrangements are confirmed separately for legal advice, tax work and other specialist responsibilities.
